Food in China

I have had some great food in China – the memory of the 6-hour-cooked pork in Beijing makes me drool.

Enjoyed 2019:

Buddhist Noodle Soup
Silky Potatoes – my favourite!

But I must admit, I wimped out at the fried scorpions in Xitang.
