I first went to China in 2003, on a Grand Tour organised by Kaili Fu.

The comprehensive tourist highlights included Beijing, Great Wall, Xian, Chongqing, Yangzi cruise, Hangzhou, the Yellow Mountains and Hongcun, Shanghai and water village with  Release-fish Bridge. Releasing a fish is supposed to bring you luck, but I suspect that from the fish’s point of view, it is a repetitive process!
